Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play Biased at biased.cc or in the Biased app on Discord. By playing, you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
The game
Biased is a free daily guessing game: name the K-pop track from a short audio clip. It is a hobby project, offered as it is, and it can change, pause or stop at any time.
Who can play
You need to be 13 or older. In the Discord app you also need to follow Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Accounts
You can play without an account. If you sign in with Discord or Google, you are responsible for that account and what is done with it. You can stop using Biased at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Play fair
Don’t use scripts, bots or other tools to submit results, spoil answers for others, flood the leaderboards or overload the service. Don’t try to break into the service or other players’ accounts. We may remove results, reset a leaderboard or close an account that breaks these rules.
Music, images and names
Audio previews are streamed from the iTunes Store, courtesy of Apple, and are used to promote the songs; links lead to Apple Music. Music videos are YouTube embeds. Group photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their stated licences, with credit, or are used to identify the group. All songs, artist names, logos and images belong to their respective owners. Biased is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, label, Apple, Google or Discord. Apple, Apple Music and iTunes are trademarks of Apple Inc. If you own something shown on Biased and want it removed, use Feedback and it will be taken down.
What you send us
If you send feedback, you let us use it to improve the game. Don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share.
No guarantees
Biased is provided without any warranty. Songs can be wrong, audio can fail to load, and saved progress can be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
